CASH TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT
DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW OF FUNDS
DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW OF FUNDS
Cash Deposits and Withdrawal are directly made by the client with the Broker.
Equiti – Divisa UK client funds are safely kept in segregated accounts with Barclays Bank PLC.
The operation of trading orders will take into account the equity existing in the account when opening new positions. If the withdrawal or deposit takes place while your account has open positions, the trading systems will not take into account new carryover equity until all the trades that were previously open (when the said movement took place) have been closed.
We recommend that you notify Chelton Capital and Pairstech sufficiently in advance before you withdraw any funds to avoid imbalances in the guaranteed margins on your account, as the software may possibly have open positions on such account.
Minimum initial funding level for participating in Chelton Capital Managed Trading Accounts is of USD $25,000 or equivalent.
You can deposit funds in all major currencies. You can wire funds directly from your bank account to Equiti – Divisa UK by a bank transfer to a designated Barclays bank account.
Wire transfers can be made in the following currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, CAD, JPY & AUD
Neither Chelton Capital nor Equiti – Divisa UK charge any wire transaction fees.
Please take note that the depository bank usually charges a transaction fee. Generally, you have the option of this fee being deducted directly from the amount transferred or charged to you separately.
We advise you to call your bank for transaction fee information as rates vary from one bank to another.
Transaction time depends on the processing time taken by the remitting and depository banks. Normal transfers typically take 2-3 days, while express transfers will hit the account in 1-2 days. Under normal circumstances Equiti – Divisa UK processes all transactions as soon as they are received.
Please ensure that the name on the bank account that you are transferring the funds from is an exact match to the name of your Equiti – Divisa UK trading account. We remind you that Equiti – Divisa UK does not accept payments from third parties.
The assets being invested will remain available on demand. The client has access to its capital whenever they wish.
In no event will Chelton Capital nor Pairstech restrict the withdrawal of funds that the client would like to carry out. The account is at all times in the client’s name. If the client needs immediate access to this cash, all they have to do is send an e-mail to Equiti.
In order to withdraw funds an EQUITI – DIVISA UK Fund Withdrawal Request form must be completed with all requested information. Please ensure to date your request and submit it via email to the broker. The request will be processed upon receipt. Any requests to withdraw funds to a third party will not be processed. In order to avoid any delays please review your information carefully before submitting this form. To speed up the withdrawal process clients are invited to register the bank account details they want to use for deposits and withdrawals with EQUITI – DIVISA UK. This also reduces the risk of fraud. Neither Chelton Capital nor Equiti – Divisa UK Ltd are responsible for costs incurred arising from errors made by the account holder.
ACCESS TO ACCOUNT DATA AND REPORTING
Equiti – Divisa UK will provide you with reading permission credentials granting you online access to your Brokerage Account status. This log in access allows you to follow the realised P&L operation of your account in real time, with easy to use access from your computer, tablet, mobile, etc.
In addition, the Broker will send clients a daily report (at the close of the day’s trading session) detailing the commercial activity that has taken place on client’s accounts (if any activity took place that day).
In this way we guarantee total and absolute transparency to clients which is the underlying principle of our corporate philosophy.
